The role begins November 10, 2026 and ends March 3, 2027, running on weekdays with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A Bachelor’s degree and Spanish bilingual proficiency are required; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is REQUIRED.
• At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Mastery of elementary ELA and math concepts.
• Understanding of urban students' challenges and disparities.
• Demonstrated passion and commitment to student success.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Strong communication with students, colleagues, and interested parties.
• Ability to commute to the school location.
• Comfort navigating a school environment throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead small groups (1–4 students) in ELA and math for grades K–6.
• Attend and monitor attendance using a personal device.
• Deliver pull-in and push-out tutoring in classroom or outside settings.
• Collaborate with the school to support student progress.
• Maintain schedule with groups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
