• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Current Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Build a clear picture of student needs. Conduct psychoeducational assessments to help determine eligibility for specialized services and identify students' educational needs.
• Make findings understandable. Review evaluation results with parents and district staff through clear, compassionate communication that supports informed decisions.
• Connect assessment to action. Collaborate with school teams to develop evidence-based interventions that improve student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Advocate and collaborate. Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other team discussions to help ensure programs address students' individual needs.
