Job summary

• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia approach and IB Early Years.
• Bilingual in Italian and English is required or near-native.
• Assistant teachers must complete 12 units of Childhood Development in year one.

Responsibilities

• Support head teacher(s) and specialists with classroom management and supervision.
• Collaborate to plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Guide social-emotional development and document observations for weekly reports.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and communicate with families.
