Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency in Chester County, PA is looking for compassionate bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide meaningful support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred or required based on client needs, and candidates should be able to communicate clearly with individuals, families, and the care team.

The positions include both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred/required based on client needs.
• DSP, caregiver, direct care, home care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Support individuals in developing independence and achieving personal goals
• Assist with community activities, appointments, and social engagement
• Provide transportation or accompany individuals to community activities when required
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, caregivers, and the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and activities
• Follow individualized support plans and agency policies
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

At Peace Healthcare Agency is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are especially seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and are passionate about helping individuals live with greater independence, dignity, and confidence.

Position Details

Location: Chester County, PA
Service Areas Include: West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Exton, Malvern, West Grove, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, and surrounding areas
