Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Pennsylvania to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, and collect monies on COD deliveries. The role emphasizes safety, asset protection, and customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

(1) Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
(2) Strong interpersonal communication skills.
(3) Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
(4) Driving record must meet company standard (14/18-point).
(5) Must possess a legally required state driver's license and driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries and capture customer signatures.
Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
Keep vehicles clean, maintain them, and conduct daily inspections.
Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices and monies secure at all times.
Report maintenance needs or accidents to store management immediately.
Assist customers, serve as cashier, or help with merchandising tasks as needed.
