Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Non-Technical Dealer Support Representative in Minnesota to help Polaris dealers navigate products, systems, and programs. You will listen to dealer needs, guide them to solutions, and share insights with internal teams to improve processes.

You will work with dealership personnel, act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, and contribute to dealer sentiment and owner satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of B2B or B2C experience with strong problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Polaris dealers to understand needs and deliver solutions across products, systems, and programs.
• Manage each dealer contact with urgency, outlining next steps and timelines.
• Facilitate research and dispute resolution between dealers and internal teams.
