Job summary

Resource Innovations in San Juan, Puerto Rico seeks a Data Analytics Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems, develop routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support program operations, monitor performance, and identify trends or anomalies.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of data-related experience, strong SQL/Tableau/Power BI and Salesforce skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with data, reporting, data management, or related technical field.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and source files.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc reports/dashboards to support operations and identify trends.
• Support testing, data integrations, and reporting functionality; troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of data practices and processes.
