This role requires communicating in Spanish and English and handling physical tasks typical in a fast-paced grocery setting. The position emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and teamwork in a community-focused store that supports local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication with the public and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly in one-on-one and small-group settings to customers and staff.
• Follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, provide friendly, courteous service in the Dairy Deli Frozen Department.
• Assist customers and maintain display cases and shelves.
• Clean, fill, and rotate self-serve displays and perform associated physical tasks.
