Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Full-time availability (20+ hours/week) in Idaho Falls.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
• Able to analyze problems and provide solutions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Able to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner to delight customers.
• Analyze customer situations to determine viable options.
• Accurately place telephone orders including promotions and services.
