Responsibilities

• Engage customers and greet them, providing accurate product information.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and services; perform price comparisons.
• Cross-sell products and ensure merchandise is stocked and displays are maintained.
• Process returns and coordinate with team for excellent service during peak times.
• Inform customers about discounts, offers, and new products; gather feedback for the Store Manager.
