Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to join our store in Eureka, CA. You will interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

We value reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Experience in farming, ranching, or pet care is a plus, and training to handle propane is provided where allowed.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required but retail experience helps.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and stock.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures for merchandising.
• Assemble merchandise and stock shelves.
• Perform janitorial duties and price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
