Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of employees in the Custodial program.
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that custodial services meet the needs of the site and that staff have the necessary equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report results.
• Review and maintain employee records and address performance issues.
• Adhere to SBM policies and applicable laws while managing team.
