Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Bilingual Continuous Improvement and Training Lead to develop and facilitate supply chain training initiatives across Logistics. You will design, implement, and manage programs to improve employee experience, development, and engagement, aligning with corporate goals.

You will lead onboarding and safety training in partnership with CI and Safety leaders, support a DC-wide mentorship program, and drive the rollout of Arhaus Logistics Vision across all DC facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in progressive leadership experience within a Logistics
• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional working proficiency
• Experience developing training, education, and/or people development and leadership projects.
