Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Winterville, NC is seeking a Consumer Sales Rep to educate customers on Verizon products and services and drive sales growth through friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will respond to customer inquiries, propose tailored solutions, process orders, and work toward monthly sales goals while enjoying paid training, flexible hours, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred).
• 12+ months of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding multiple products and services.
• Place outbound calls to customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Customize and recommend offerings based on individual needs.
• Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Achieve monthly individual sales goals.
• Keep abreast of new product releases and service offerings.
• When applicable, schedule store check-ins.
• Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge.
• Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience.
