Job summary

AM Technical Solutions seeks a highly organized Construction Project Administrator / Korean-English Translator to support a major semiconductor construction project onsite. You will serve as a critical link between the project management team, contractors, Korean-speaking personnel, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English, with strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and project team.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, meeting minutes, logs, reports, and other project records.
• Assist with document control, including tracking drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, contact lists, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, site meetings, conference calls, and project events.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
• Track action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with project schedules, manpower reports, daily reports, and progress tracking.
