Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly Community Outreach Partner to promote a dental organization in the Denver metro area. You will engage with the public at events, schools, and retail settings, promoting the brand and services.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), outgoing, customer-focused, and able to work independently in indoor and outdoor environments. Prior sales or community outreach experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Engage, represent, and promote the dental organization at community events.
• Promote the brand and its services at retail stores, festivals, schools, and other locations.
• Approach potential patients and explain available dental services and benefits.
• Follow the event schedule and coordinate setup of marketing materials.
• Present engaging talks about oral hygiene and services at schools/community groups.
• Conduct canvassing to increase brand awareness and outreach.
• Meet weekly outreach and performance goals and communicate with the team daily.
• Travel throughout the Denver metro area to support initiatives at assigned sites.

This position will promote the organization's mission, values, services, and brand through community events, retail partnerships, school presentations, and grassroots marketing. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable working independently in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings. Job Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Engage, entertain, and care for patients and community members while representing the organization's mission and values.
• Brand Promotion: Promote the dental brand and its services at retail stores, festivals, schools, community organizations, and other grassroots marketing locations.
• Patient Outreach: Approach potential patients, explain available dental services, and communicate the benefits of receiving comprehensive dental care in one location.
• Event Coordination: Follow the established event schedule using the organization's scheduling application.
• Event Setup: Transport, set up, and organize marketing materials at assigned events and outreach locations.
• Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations about oral hygiene, the organization's brand, and its dental services at schools and community organizations.
• Canvassing: Conduct community canvassing to increase brand awareness and reach potential new patients.
• Performance Goals: Meet established weekly outreach and performance goals.
• Team Communication: Check in with the team each day by phone or at the office and provide updates on outreach activities.
• Metro-Area Support: Travel throughout the Denver metro area and support outreach initiatives across all assigned locations.
