The Colibri Collective is the first Latina-owned digital marketing firm in Phoenix and has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Phoenix Business Journal. As the Communications Manager, you will support the execution of integrated communications efforts across these sectors. You will develop and deploy messaging, content, and campaigns aligned with established strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance. This role requires a strong operator, someone who can manage multiple workstreams, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
