Job summary

Preventive Measures, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical staff, ensure quality services, and oversee documentation and professional conduct in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Supervisory experience in clinical settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff on a monthly basis and monitor client status.
• Review and sign clinical documentation and treatment plans submitted by team members.
• Maintain caseloads, monitor QA reports and adjust as needed.
• Respond to client grievances per policy and ensure proper documentation.

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $64,000.00 Annually

Preventive Measures, LLC. is an outpatient psychiatric facility with multiple locations within the USA. We provide members of our local communities’ access to necessary mental health treatment.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the clinical staff for the purpose of assuring quality clinical services, documentation, and professional conduct as it relates to client care and professionalism.

Job Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Staff to monitor each client’s clinical status and response to treatment.
• Monthly supervision of clinical staff.
• Review and sign all clinical documentation submitted by team members.
• Review and sign all treatment plans submitted by team members.
• Review QA reports and caseloads for all team members, maintain caseloads – adding intakes and deleting discharges.
• Report all client grievances/complaints to the Program
• Respond to client grievances according to policy for clients assigned to your clinical staff and file appropriately.
• Responsible for the development of treatment plans and appropriate documentation.
• Documentation in EMR of face-to-face consultation.
• Be available to participate in crisis intervention strategies of recipients.

Education/Experience:

• The Clinical Supervisor will hold at minimum a Master's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
