Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• 2+ years working with international clients.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak fluently; Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Portuguese strongly preferred.

• Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.
