Job summary

Bethany Christian Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide to assist in planning and delivering lesson plans that facilitate active learning. You will help manage classroom behavior and support individual student progress in a faith-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in Education preferred or some college coursework.
• CPR, First Aid, AEC certification required upon hire.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivery of lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with Case Managers.
• Supervise children during field trips and classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Participate in school activities and staff meetings.
