Lancesoft is seeking a bilingual Chinese-speaking Pediatrician to join a NY practice serving children and families. Location includes Staten Island with rotations in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Full-time role offering a competitive annual compensation of $280,000 to $320,000 and a strong focus on growth and family-centered care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric care, support growth and development, and communicate effectively in English and Chinese with families.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency should align with the clinic's patient population.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered pediatric care.
• Previous outpatient pediatric experience preferred.

• Conduct routine pediatric examinations, wellness visits, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage common childhood illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.
• Monitor children's physical growth, developmental milestones, and overall health.
• Administer and manage vaccinations in accordance with immunization schedules.
• Provide preventive care, nutritional guidance, and age-appropriate health education to parents and caregivers.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health recommendations in English and Chinese.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
