Job summary

Brightpoint is seeking a Bilingual Therapist (Licensed/Unlicensed) to serve in our early childhood centers. You will focus on Child-Parent Psychotherapy and infant mental health, assessing participants and delivering evidence-based services.

Licensed candidates receive licensure reimbursement and weekly supervision; unlicensed candidates are supported toward licensure within Illinois. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a closely related clinical field.
• Eligible for clinical licensure in Illinois within 36 months of employment.
• Experience with evidence-based or trauma-informed therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Child-Parent Psychotherapy and infant/early childhood mental health.
• Assess behavioral health and provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy.
• Engage with bilingual families in English and Spanish when needed.
