Job summary

Compass Connections in Texas seeks a licensed or eligible clinical social worker to provide therapy, assessments, and case management for children in care. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work (or related field) with clinical experience and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

The position involves on-site work at our facility, on-call rotation, and adherence to regulatory standards, with comprehensive benefits on day one.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in social work or related field with clinical experience.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal/state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Maintain a case load per agency policies and licensing.
• Conduct intake interviews and initial child assessments.
• Participate in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children.
• Develop, implement, and update child therapeutic plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis management, and other clinical functions as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and current child records and files.
• Assist in discharge planning and service continuity for children.
