Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a supportive clinical team dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health care. The role emphasizes culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

Eligible for a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location for candidates with child/adolescent experience or Spanish language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
