Job summary

The Cheshire Center Pediatric Speech Therapy is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologists to join our pediatric team. We welcome CFs and ASHA-certified SLPs (CCCs) for full- or part-time roles across diverse settings including homes, schools, clinics, and telepractice.

Our established program emphasizes mentorship, leadership from experienced SLPs, and culturally responsive care, with opportunities for bilingual compensation differentiation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CFs welcome; CCCs preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally to client locations.
• Experience with pediatric screening, evaluation, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in homes, daycares, Head Starts, schools, clinic, and telepractice.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat pediatric clients.
• Travel locally to client locations as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The Cheshire Center Pediatric Speech Therapy is seeking compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dedicated team of pediatric professionals. We welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and ASHA-certified SLPs (CCCs) for full- or part-time positions.

Our therapists provide services in a variety of settings — including homes, daycares, Head Starts, schools, our fully equipped clinic, and through telepractice — allowing you to create a caseload that suits your interests and schedule.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome to apply)
• ASHA CCCs preferred (or eligible Clinical Fellows)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy for documentation
• Willingness to travel locally to client locations (homes, schools, daycares, etc.)
• Clinical skills in screening, evaluation, and treatment of the pediatric population
