Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking a Checker for the Houston area Store 031 Houston Edgebrook. The role involves cashiering, processing sales efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while protecting company assets.

This position requires the ability to work with the public, read labels, and handle physical tasks such as bending and standing for long periods. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write Spanish and English.
• Ability to interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lb regularly, 45 lb frequently, 60 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.
