Responsibilities

• Have a positive attitude towards safety, follow all health and safety regulations and/or policies to ensure the well-being of others and self.
• Attend work with company provided uniform and have a tidy appearance.
• Take payments in a precise and efficient way using a POS system.
• Ensure that payments are processed correctly (either with cash, card, or EBT).
• Receive customers with a bright, positive, and kind attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client questions/concerns are answered, assist customers in locating products.
• Bagging all customer items in a careful, precise manner.
• Refilling supplies as needed in their area such as bags, receipt paper, etc.
• Consistently stocking candy, drinks, chips, and other products around their register so everything is full and attractive for the customers.
• Complete side tasks such as labeling and packaging products as needed.
• Ensuring workspace and store is clean throughout the day for a positive customer experience.
• General cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by Managers.
