Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Social security card is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands and social outings.
• Monitor clients' health status and report changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
