Job summary

Total Care Connections is hiring bilingual caregivers to support seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities in the East Valley area. Roles include in-home companionship, daily living assistance, and medication reminders. Training is provided, with flexible schedules and local client locations.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and 24-hour availability; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand both English and Spanish.
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility).
• Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes promptly.

• Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Monitor client well‑being and report changes promptly.

Requirements / Requisitos

• Must speak and understand both English and Spanish / Debe hablar inglés y español.
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
