Job summary

Senior Helpers of Southern Ohio is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes and local facilities. You’ll provide ADL assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring with empathy and reliability. The role offers flexible schedules and paid training to help you grow.

We welcome caregivers with healthcare or home care experience and a willingness to learn. Reliable transportation is required to travel to clients’ homes in the West Chester area.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking or bilingual is a plus.
• Compassionate and people-focused.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new care skills and adapt to clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal prep and tidying.
