Job summary

Always Best Care Austin is seeking professional caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for the Lakeway/Steiner Ranch area. PRN positions offer flexible shifts including weekends and overnights, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, client-focused care.

Caregivers provide a wide range of services from light housekeeping to personal care, with training and support to ensure quality matches and safety for seniors and families in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Need reliable transportation.
• Required to pass background check.
• Good verbal, written and reading skills.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• CNA, HHA, and Basic Life Support/CPR training a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care including light housekeeping, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Deliver personal care as needed (dressing, bathing, incontinence care).
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Adapt care to individual client needs and safety.
