USA inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Bilingual Business Facilitator to bridge Japanese leadership with English-speaking staff and diverse clients. You will interpret, translate, and mediate culture across departments such as Business Development, PR, and Social Media Marketing.

The role includes social media management, executive communication support for the CEO/COO, and development of term glossaries. A strong background in entertainment marketing and UC/JP language pair is essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Professional interpretation and translation experience in entertainment/marketing ideal.
• Degree in Translation, Interpretation, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of film and anime industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation for internal communications across departments.
• Translate Japanese materials into English and vice versa for internal teams.
• Serve as a cultural liaison to explain nuances between Japan and the US.
• Maintain glossary of industry terms and expressions.
• Manage and translate content for multilingual social media audiences.
• Support executive communications for CEO/COO in various settings.
