Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Broker Support Specialist to field inquiries from brokers and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Licensing/Contracting, and Accounting. You will manage broker relationships and ensure contracted brokers are equipped to sell products year-round.

This on-site role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong analytical and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and statistical skills are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates updates and maintains Microsoft documents for reporting, electronic filing, and other purposes as needed.
• Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information.
• Reviews emails and shares information with appropriate staff.
• Handles confidential information and explains policies when necessary.
