Job summary

Security Finance in Lawton, OK is seeking a hands-on branch leader to motivate a team, serve customers by phone and in person, and act as the connection between the branch, the community, and the customers.

You’ll develop and train staff, maintain office cash with accuracy and security, drive loan processing and income tax returns, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while delivering outstanding service to neighbors in need.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous management experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver''s license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable car.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies and procedures.
