Job summary

SpeedX seeks a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and data teams to build scalable dashboards, semantic models, curated data marts, and self-service reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in BI development, dimensional data modeling, SQL optimization, and dashboard design using modern BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in BI development, analytics engineering or BI solutions.
• Experience with dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills and analytical query optimization.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Improve dashboard performance and data refresh efficiency.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data performance issues.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of BI solutions.
• Standardize metrics and reporting definitions.
• Support UAT and dashboard validation with stakeholders.
