Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a high-energy Bilingual Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer employee benefits and manage leave processes in Tulsa, OK. You will support employees and managers in English and Spanish, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, open enrollment support, and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in benefits or leave administration or HR operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and general benefits administration practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and voluntary plans.
• Manage employee leave requests including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs.
• Provide benefits and leave guidance in both English and Spanish and educate employees.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations and prepare audits.
