Salud Family Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to deliver mental health services to diverse patients in a team-based care setting in Colorado. The role involves assessment, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy within a coordinated care model.

We offer a starting annual salary of $67,100 to $85,100, a comprehensive benefits package, paid leave, retirement plans, and employer-paid insurance. Colorado licensure within 3 years is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years post-licensure treating patients with psychosocial issues.
• Must be licensed by the State of Colorado within 3 years from the date of hire.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine the appropriate level of treatment in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals.
• Collaborate with Medical and Behavioral Health teams to coordinate care.
• Follow procedures for the electronic health records system.
• Manage psychosocial aspects of chronic and acute diseases.
