Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group seeks a Behavioral Health Facilitator - Bilingual to coordinate wraparound services, oversee Child and Family Team facilitation, and support high-risk youth and families in Compton, CA.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with direct experience), Spanish language proficiency, and driving responsibilities. It offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with comprehensive benefits and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required
• Master's degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or closely related field
• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or closely related field
• Valid California Driver's License and driving record meeting policy
• CANS Certification within 30 days of hire
• Statewide Standardized CFT Facilitation Training within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services across programs including engagement, assessment, CFT formation and implementation
• Develop Safety Crises Plan and Strengths Summary
• Provide case management and, when needed, mental health services
• Liaise with external agencies and coordinate family-inclusive teams
• Help identify needs and support family mission statements and priorities
• Contribute to TEAMMATES philosophy and adherence to program processes
