Imagination ABA Therapy in Perth Amboy, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental needs under BCBA supervision. You will conduct ABA sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families and schools.

Strong communication skills and bilingual Spanish/English are encouraged; a high school diploma is required, and RBT certification is preferred but not required. This is a role with growth in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsabilités

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs
• Implement and monitor behavior change programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client therapy sessions and progress
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
