Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test (within the last year).
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement evidence-based techniques and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with team and families to support progress.
