Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with a 7-year-old client in Paterson, NJ for in-home sessions. Schedule Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm, part-time, with immediate start.

Responsibilities include following structured behavior plans, recording session data, and building a supportive relationship with the child and family. Spanish language fluency is required. Great entry point into ABA/psychology field, with training provided and potential to grow hours over time.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with children or ABA-related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow structured behavior plans for the client.
• Track and record basic session data during each visit.
• Build a positive relationship with the child and family to support progress.
