Grand Beach Hotel is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant in Surfside, FL to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the hotel pool and beach area. You will be responsible for towel, chair, and umbrella service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting safety on-site.

Ideal candidates communicate in English and Spanish, can lift 50-75 lbs, stand for long periods, and arrive on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide towels, chairs and umbrella service for guests and the public.
• Keep the beach and pool area clean throughout the shift and at day end.
• Monitor safety hazards and report issues to security or supervisor.
• Report daily activity in the log and assist in staffing meetings as needed.
