Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services.
• Process deposits and issue receipts, balance daily transactions.
• Cross-sell bank services and maintain accurate records.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients.
• Participate in a team environment and adhere to policies.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; handle duties requested by supervisors.
