Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in the United States. You will help customers find the right automotive parts, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The position is part-time with hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking and maintaining store operations, and using diagnostics tools when needed. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and ASE certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide automotive advice to assist in product selection.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized store operations.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions via AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and propose solutions.
