Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
