Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. You will also collect money on COD deliveries and handle customer returns with attention to security and accuracy.

Role requires safe driving, ability to use handheld fleet devices, and willingness to assist with cashiering and merchandising as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damages immediately to store management.
• Ensure fuel is topped up and vehicles are secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy and perform other duties as assigned.
• May assist customers as needed, including cashiering and merchandising tasks.
