Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts and products to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. This role also collects money on COD deliveries and handles customer returns.

You will use fleet devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections while ensuring security of money and equipment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Must have a legally required state driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs or damages.
