DSI in Aurora, Colorado is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales.

We offer competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual and retail experience preferred; must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bilingual candidates are required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities
