Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Bilingual Associate Therapist to provide counseling to children, youth, and adults who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and related trauma.

The role focuses on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, while supporting clients through counseling and other behavioral health services. Strong English/Spanish skills are required; CA BBS registration is necessary.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active California BBS registration as ASW, AMFT, or APCC.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, intimate partner violence, or vulnerable populations preferred.
• New graduates are welcome if they have completed their master's degree and obtained the required California BBS registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services.
