Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and deliver personal service at a branch. You will build relationships with customers, oversee the full loan lifecycle, and coach new team members to grow into leadership roles.

Your success hinges on meeting sales targets, applying underwriting basics, handling cash, and ensuring compliance. This on-site role requires bilingualism, a High School diploma, and a path to management through internal training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments and operate in a fast-paced branch.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

In This Role

In This Role, You Will Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle — while recommending tailored financial solutions Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service

Minimum Qualifications

Work Schedule:

This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
